plastics household mould

 Dear Sir/Madam, Our company, AGORA PLAST SRL / Romania, will buy 7 new moulds (household products, like salad bowl, cutlery tray, bucket etc.). We are asking you to send us an official offer for the 7 moulds described in the attachment, and please do this as described in the Tender request (attachment). Basically, you need to send to us, in the shape and with the information from the attachment: - Offer (tender form, form 3 from page 12 in the attachment) - Technical proposal (page 13 from attachment) - Statement of Eligibility and Statement for conflict of interest (pages 10 and 11) – these are formalities, first one is to state that you are eligible to make the moulds (not bankrupt, don’t owe debts to Romanian or Chinese authorities, that your company didn’t commit criminal offences etc) and the second one is standard in Romania for stating that you don’t have any conflicts of interest by owning shares in our company (AGORA PLAST) or being related (kinship) with anyone in our company. Please read instructions on page 2 of the attached Tender and do accordingly. First two : “offer” and “technical proposal” please put each in a separate envelope, the “statement of eligibility”+”statement for conflict of interest” together in a separate envelope, and together with the company registration certificate copy (signed, stamped with company stamp, and write on it “certified true copy”) please send them in one envelope to us as soon as possible, by courier or priority mail, to: Sos.
