Albis UK has been appointed the exclusive distributor for Neutrex’s range of Purgex purging compounds in the UK and Ireland. Neutrex, which has specialised in developing and producing purging compounds for the US market since 1992, is now expanding sales internationally through a distributor network.
Purgex has been developed for the cleaning and purging of thermoplastic polymer processing equipment including injection moulding, extrusion or blow moulding machines.
Ian Mills, managing director of Albis UK, said: “The synergies that exist with our existing product range are tremendous giving our customers a wider choice. We are often asked by customers for purging compounds to improve clean down efficiency and reduce changeover times and we believe with the Purgex range we are bringing to the market an excellent product.”
