We are interested in creating a mold for the following product:(view the attachment) We need it in white plastic (you can click on the color selection to see the white/ silver one, I wanted to show you the red one so you could see what this tray actually looks like). If you scroll down you can see the dimensions and weight. It's really important that this is foldable. Questions: If we want to do the mold for this: 1) What is the initial minimum order we have to place? 2) How often do we have to place this minimum order? 3) What is the (one time?) fee to create this mold (see picture) ? 4) What is the cost per item (based on the min order) 5) Once customer agrees, how soon is the a) mold created b) are the products produced? 6) How much is delivery to our freight forwarder in 33166 or 33172?(you can visit our website find the products No.) 7) Could you give me the weight and dimensions for this minimum order so I can also get an OF quote for my customer?
