Presently we are searching for a cap mould for the Liquid whitener container.
Please check the attached drawing and photo.
Please Check first the possibility of 24 cavity.

Our Requirement is given below:
Product name: Bangla4 liquid product container flip top cap (Push Lock). (For your information , the cap is very similar to UZALA of India)
1. There should be a very thin hole to come out the product as drops. (look to the picture attached)
2. Cap mould should be 24 and 16 cavities hot runner.
3. Heating system thermocouple controlled (Each cavity separately).
4. Easy opening/replace system for the Pin part, which will produce the thin hole.
5. Product RM will be PPCP.
6. Mention the metal of mould and origin country.
7. Heating element brand name and country of origin.
8. Quote with Core and cavity metal(MOLDING AREA):Inserted with Stavax Esr (S-136),made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC45-52 with Nickel Plating.
9. Country of origin of Assab Metal(Sweden/German)
10. Quote price for both Yodo and ANOLE/Any Good Chinese Brand (24 tip) hot runner system.
11. Mention Mold Life(shot size)
12. Mention Mold base metal.
13. Mention Guarantee time.
14. Mention Ejection way

c. Cavity part separate and insert in the cavity plate / Bush type cavity part. Easily changeable.
d. Core, Cavity & plate metal / steel brand name, Tempered and country of origin. We are expecting very good metal from good origin (German, Sweden, etc)
e. Heating system thermocouple controlled (Each cavity separately).
f. Need minimum possible mould supply time?
